Our Story

Working Towards a Better Detroit

Rho Sigma Foundation (RSF) was established in 1999 in Detroit, Michigan with the goal of expanding opportunities for its members to provide impactful service to the community with a specific emphasis on youth, women, and education. The foundation was granted its 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service in 2000. Early programs of the foundation included tutorial services (S.U.R.E.
