
Our Story
Working Towards a Better Detroit
Rho Sigma Foundation (RSF) was established in 1999 in Detroit, Michigan with the goal of expanding opportunities for its members to provide impactful service to the community with a specific emphasis on youth, women, and education. The foundation was granted its 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service in 2000. Early programs of the foundation included tutorial services (S.U.R.E. Program) in high need areas an and annual Youth Symposium, which both continue today.
